Payment Policy:
All services provided by Hemo-Stat Phlebotomy Services LLC, including lab testing, DOT and non-DOT physicals, TB testing, and any other health services, are strictly private pay only. We do not accept any form of insurance at this time.

Payment Due at Time of Service:
Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment. No services will be rendered without payment.

Non-Refundable Services:
All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. If a client fails to show up for a scheduled mobile or in-office appointment without notice, a service fee may apply.

Results and Reporting:
Lab results are typically available within 24–48 hours, depending on the specific test. All results are delivered securely and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Privacy and Confidentiality:
Client confidentiality is of utmost importance. All services are provided in compliance with HIPAA guidelines to ensure your personal health information is protected.
